Roaring Springs’ new expansion received the prestigious Leading Edge Award at the World Waterpark Association conference last week in New Orleans, LA. The award recognizes innovation and creativity in waterpark projects from around the world. The two-year project elevated Roaring Springs to one of the largest waterparks in the US.
As Ellis & Associates marks 40 years of making a difference in aquatic safety, the company has named a new Medical Director, Dr. Roy Sittig. A former E&A lifeguard, Dr. Sittig, board-certified in internal medicine, has been practicing for nearly 20 years.
E&A was founded out of a desire to make the aquatic environment safer, and to save lives. For more than 40 years, that goal has been the driving factor in everything the company does, including research and testing of new procedures and products that make aquatics safer for swimmers and for lifeguards.
