E&A will sponsor aquatic curriculum for the comprehensive, amusement industry safety seminar offering IACET approved CEUs.
Each year, the AIMS International Safety Seminar draws participants from around the world for a week-long event offering more than 250 safety courses and the opportunity to sit for AIMS certification exams. Due to ongoing travel restrictions and an unknown climate for large meetings and events, the January 11-29, 2021 conference will be delivered virtually.
Attendees can build their own schedule following numerous safety and operations tracks including aquatic curriculum developed by Ellis & Associates (E&A). Aquatics industry veterans Jesse Benavidez, Brannan Holland, Natalie Livingston, Ashley Wolfe, Vera Solis and David Thompson will join E&A staff members Joe Stefanyak, Steve Miller and Juan Richards in delivering 19 hours of instruction available both simu-live and on-demand.
Join E&A's own Joe Stefanyak as he discusses "The Formulation and Application of A Good Emergency Action Plan" on Tuesday, January 12. Joe's session will take Aquatics Track attendees through 7 key concepts to consider when developing an Emergency Action Plan and provide practical "How To’s" to get you started regardless of whether you are beginning from scratch or reviewing your existing plan.
