We are all growing restless and trying to navigate how social distancing will impact our operations once this uncertain time has passed. To help make this period a bit easier for our partner organizations, for those clients who’s training season may be directly impacted by facility closures and government restrictions resulting from COVID-19, E&A will make the following extensions to credential expirations:
For Lifeguard Training Credentials Expiring Between March 1 and May 31
- Revised Expiration Date: July 1, 2020 for all active lifeguard credentials in this group
- Recommended Renewal Training Day Scheduling Window: May 1 and July 1 (Schedule at your discretion based upon the evolving situation)
Affected credentials have been automatically revised in Pectora (E&A’s exclusive online learning management system) to reflect this accommodation. If you are a current E&A client, there are no additional steps you need to take right now.
For Lifeguard Instructor Credentials Expiring Between March 1 and May 31
- To provide additional flexibility for Renewal Instructor Candidates still needing to renew this spring, we will extend license expiration dates to:
July 1. Please have your Instructor Candidates maintain contact with the assigned ILTP Instructor Trainer and keep in touch with your E&A contact for the current status of the class.
